Frozen Treats are easy to make, delicious and you might get addicted to it, especially when it's summer there would be no barrier for you. But, since this is made with Heavy whipping cream, I recommend you to consume 1 to 2 scoops per day. If you're consuming more, exercise well, stay fit.
Eat your food as medicine. Otherwise, you have to eat medicines as your food! Not only Ice creams, any fatty foods. So, enjoy the food, also exercise well :)

You'll Need The Following Ingredients :
Heavy cream/ double Cream

350 ML

200 ML

Vanilla (Optional)

1 Teaspoon

Method :
Add Whipping cream to a bowl and whip until it reaches the soft peak stage. To that add Condensed Milk and Vanilla. Mix well until everything gets subsumed well. This whole process is done in under 10 minutes. Transfer this Ice cream to the Freezer safe container and freeze for about 8 hours. I froze it overnight.
